New Species: Lotus Wulda

I was inspired by this drawing:[link] and set off to make my own hybrid of marine animal, terrestrial canine and plants. I didn't include six legs for this guy because I thought it looked too cluttered, but future Lotus Wuldas may have multiple legs.
